I focus exclusively on the founder’s personal journey, emotional readiness, and post-exit purpose.
I do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, instead I work in close partnership with the existing team of trusted professional advisors who are experts in these areas.

1. Non-competing – I do not provide any technical advisory service that is competitive with any of my partners. My exclusive focus is the coaching of the founder and potential successors and I respect all of your existing client relationships.
2. Confidential – I respect and keep confidential any client or partner information relevant to the partnership & do not disclose them, without express written consent from my partners.
3. Mutually beneficial in the long term – The intent is to build a long-term relationship where clients gain more value from the addition of each other’s services, where there is a genuine identified need. I do not engage in short-term commission based partnerships.
