I have built and run my own companies. My expertise is rooted in the frontline reality of business transitions,from leading the integration of founders after an acquisition, to coaching owners through the complex “human factors” of stepping away.

I have seen million pound deals fall apart at the finish line. It is rare because the tax was wrong. It is because the founder could not imagine a “Monday morning” without the business. My job is to make sure that does not happen to you.
